Refrigerator water line question

Hey y’all,
I’m trying to connect my water line to my supply outlet. I’ve been looking everywhere online and can’t find an answer. I’ve gone to hardware stores and they keep trying to sell me an entire kit to install an actual water line and box.

I just want to know what I need to connect the actual refrigerator line to the box. Do I need a hose and adapter? That’s why I’m here asking the pros lol

On the blue line that looks like a 1/4" brass coupling,there should be another nut and Ferrel to except 1/4" soft roll copper, then nother nut and Ferrel for that connection on the wal

Thank you! And yes, I forgot to mention, they are 1/4”. I’m about to go get all this.
