Reading this meter in gallons?

Hello, this is a new meter, it is not in gallons. Is this 3.1 meters or 31? Reading 750 gallons or 7500 gallons? Or something else? Thanks, Brad

Not really a help since i do not live in canada or have a meter number, thanks, though.

1) where are you located?
2) Have you called your water company?

Is there a decimal point between the 3 and the 1? If so you have used 3.1 cubic meters, if no decimal point you have used 31 cubic meters.

There are 264.17 gallons per cubic meter. If it is reading 3.1 you have used 818.92 gallon. If you have used 31 cubic meters than you have used 8,189.27 Gallons.

There usually is but you have a dirt spot on the pic so I couldn't tell.
