I have a few areas of rust in my steel tub. They are about the size of a quarter. Has anyone ever tried to do this by using POR 15, and does anyone think that this would work?

I have used POR ( Paint over Rust ) years ago and IMO, it's amazing stuff to put on rust. I cant imagine it wouldn't work on your steel tube, but I would think you would have to put some other sealant on after the POR 15 dried. I would call the contact information number on the back of the can and ask them, it's their product .
