We bought a house with a pool that has a water feature that spills into the pool. There are three 1/2" PVC pipes that come up through the concrete water feature to fill a basin that spills into the pool. They have cut the PVC pipes off level with the concrete basin that they fill (there is no PVC pipe to work with that is not submerged in concrete and the pipes are not threaded). I need a male coupler/adapter that I can insert/bond to the PVC pipe that will convert to a female threaded connection so that I can attach a threaded spray head to these pipes. Is there such a thing? If I am not making sense, I can attach a picture.

You are going to have to chip some concrete out to put a fitting on.

Hopefully there is another option other than chipping away concrete.

I can't think of another way to attach a pipe other than chipping away.

use a wooden dowel for inside diameter as a guide. Then a hole saw that will drill concrete. this way you get a clean neat hole around pipe.

Looks bigger than 1/2"
