Can someone please help me with an overview of this system? I have a ton of questions.
In the picture, we have a Nortiz tankless heater with an external temp controller, and a recirculating pump with a aqua stat?/Timer? on the Johnson Systems Grey Box.
I don't know why there is calcium coming out of recirc pump, nor do I know how to fix it? I went to Grundfos but see nothing.
I don't know if that grey Johnson controls box is both a timer and temp setting box, nor do I know how to use it. I looked here and it's all greek to me. I heard that our recirc pump should be on a timer to recirculate hot water when we use it most and I don't know if ours is?
I'll look up maintaining Nortiz hot water tankless because its never been done for 3 years.
