Pipe insualtion for radiant heat

Hello my house is heated by radiant heat (non steam). I would like to insulate the pipes in my basement with the foam insualtion pipes that you can get at homedepot. I just want to know if that is okay to use. Link below for reference thanks in advance.

Yes I insulated both pex and copper using that stuff, but a also used zip ties because I did want to have I come apart after some time it will dry out and get brittle on heating pipes

Insulating the pipes at the boiler and the distribution pipes is a good idea, I would not insulate any pipes that are part of a radiant loop as that will interfere with the thermal transfer.
