No water in a single bathroom -- but everywhere else

I'm a bit of a novice and came home today to an unusual situation.

There was a water main break in my town today and we were informed that the water could be on and off at various points in the day.

However, right now I have water at every tap and toilet in the house, except for two sinks, a toilet and a bath/shower in a single bathroom.

There does not appear to be any loss of pressure elsewhere in the house and, as far as I can tell, there is no major leak to be found.

Any ideas before I call in professional help?
