No hot water

When i want hot water at any faucet, i must start the water in one of the two bathrooms (it must be the tube that i run the water in). I believe that there is a water line crossed but i have no idea how to trouble shoot it's location.

elaborate, This information is meek and makes it difficult to figure. A crossed line would yeild cold water coming out of a hot fixture.
