No Cold Water Pressure

All of a sudden I have no cold water pressure from my Kohler single lever K-10412 kitchen faucet. Nothing from the faucet or side spray in the cold position - hot is fine.

I removed the valve and turned on the cold supply still nothing. Later veified pressure good through cut off valve under sink.

I'm looking for a fix that does not involve removing the sink - because there is no way to get to jiffy faucet connection without doing so.

Fixed - almost. After removing the mixer valve, and disconnecting the jiffy from the under sink cutoff valve, I used a straightened wire hanger and carefully fed it through the small whole at the in the faucet down through the jiffy and cleared the obstruction -three quarters of a washer. That's why the undersink cut off valve never completely closed - next job - replace that valve.
