I just replaced an old toilet with a American Standard Champion toilet, nothing wrong with old one besides discoloration and never had this problem.

After the toilet is flushed it seems to go to proper level when fill valve shuts off as shown in picture1, then over time the level goes to picture2.

When the level gets here and then I flush again there is a big bubble that comes up from the jet hole from front of toilet and gets the seat wet.

No wet spots found, so I dont see any leaks and no phantom flushes.

Any ideas?

probably a defective bowl.

other than that, the pipe could be partially clogged.

Did you drop anything in the pipe ?

I’d probably return it.....

Video doesn’t play on iPhone, that’s Normal.

The chumpian strikes again.

No nothing dropped in pipe, when toilet has stopped running, I can hear a slight dripping from near the base of the toilet as well

Does it also drain out of the bowl when you add water from a bucket into the bowl slowly?
