So today was my final walk thru of our first home. I had our Realtor turn on all the faucets and flush all toilets. We walked around and checked out electrical issues we had fixed. when i came back to the basement there was water seeping out around the wood beam in the picture. I was wondering is there any reason the pipe under the concrete floor is broken and allowing water to seep up from there? The reason i am suspecting that is the issue is after running all of the water this happened. I have looked above my head an felt for any water leakage up there and found nothing.
