New Bathroom Venting Question

Hi. I am installing a new bathroom in the 2nd floor of a home and I want to make sure I am venting the system properly. Most diagrams I see the vent stack runs between fixtures. I wanted to see if I could do it off to one side? Please see the attached diagram. Also is the green section needed for venting the shower or will the vent by the lavatory be enough??

Any advice would be great. Thanks!
