Need to install a lift pump

I am installing a new toilet in a new building. I am about ready to pour the slab. My nearest 4" PVC is about 50 feet away and is level to what will be my slab surface. I need about 13" to have the right fall. I am thinking about installing a lift pump.

I am also having a lavatory and a bath tub/shower. This is a secondary home and will not be full-time usage. I would like to install outside the house.

I have done a lot of plumbing, but never a lift. What parts should I need? Plans?

I've never installed one outside the house because in Ohio it gets freezing cold here. Maybe if it was deep enough, not sure. To install one you will need a pit with a sealed lid, sewage pump, check valve. Buy a good pump . If its warm where your at you might want to check with your local health dept and ask the plumbing inspector about plans on how to install it outside. If done inside you will need at vent. These are normally done in 2" piping.

im from Massachusetts my cousins have their whole house on anoutside ejectorand its pumped way up a hill....for that you may want to get it engineered you would also need it pumped on a schedule
