Hi folks...

We have a backyard pool house that we would like to have a toilet for. We don't have any plumbing to it outside of a garden hose nor a way to run to our septice bed. My thought was purchasing a rear outlet toilet and connect pvc pipes to it that would drain out of the pool house and into a dirt pile in the forest behind us as this toilet would be for #1 only. I was also looking to get a garden hose adapter and connect the garden hose that would supply the water in which the float would stop the flow of water .... Does this sound like a viable option to you?

It has been suggested that I check out the Saniflo systems but they're quite expensive so I'm seaking an althernative solution.

I appreciate any advice and thank you all in advance.

I'm not sure where Casselman is, but if you own several thousand acres away from any towns, you can do whatever you want. But I have a feeling that this is not the case, so that installation would go against any and all codes and regulations.

You could get a Saniflo pumping system and pump the wastes to your septic system, which is the way it should be done even if you owned several thousand acres.
