Need Help w/ split coupling

In my cellar I have the return hose from the washing machine attached directly to a rubber coupling to the sceptic main out to the street. I've attached a photo.

I'm looking for a y-adapter or coupling splitter to hook up two hoses to this return pipe. What is the best way to accomplish this?
