Drano destroys copper and brass based drains. I've had to replace entire stacks because people put Drano down
Chances are the pipe was pretty thin I'm that area from age and then Drano was the last straw for the pipe. There should be a nut behind that collar (escushion or however you spell it) you have to loosen that nut, remove the ferrule and nut from the horizontal pipe. Before you do that disassemble your p trap. Then it should all come out fairly easy. Then you have to buy a new one ( 1 1/4") and install it. You may have to trim the horizontal pipe to make it all fit properly. That should about do it, unless your leak is past that and on the trap arm after your Marvell connector.
