Need help identifying a lav faucet

Hi folks.... I'm trying to repair a leaking lav valve, but I am struggling to figure out which parts to buy since I cannot find the make or model of the faucet printed anywhere. Seems odd. The sink is a Kohler, so I am guessing that the faucets are as well, but I can't find anything that seems to match the pictures on Kohler's website.

Any pointers would be appreciated. I'll attach some pics of the faucet and of the valve that I removed. Thanks much!

Looks like a Moen faucet. Maybe a Kingsley (model).

Wow! Thanks to both of you for the incredibly quick response! Looks like a complete match and I have a 1224 cartridge on order!

(Also, looks like I didn't need to take the complete stem assembly out. Live and learn.... )
