Hi, I have a vintage (1999) Myson 325 DV tankless water heater and the two piece brass Diaphragm housing (see attached pic) has developed a slow leak near the attached tubes. I took off the bottom half of the housing and did not see any corrosion, pitting, or cracks nor anything on the mating surface. The water heater is at a second home that doesn't get a lot of use and still seems in pretty good shape. Was thinking of sanding the mating surface of the housing with a fine sandpaper, but thought I consult others before trying it. Also wonder if I could make a gasket that would work. The current design has no gasket, just the two surfaces bolted together. Thanks for your thoughts,
Don
