When I flush my toilet, all the water goes down the drain as it should. But solid waste does not; it takes 2 or 3 flushes for that to go down. (and no- there has been no change in my solid waste!) A plumber checked my toilet and said that he didn't notice anything wrong with it, but there obviously is. Any ideas or suggestions?

Is this a new toilet? Please get us a picture. If it is a newer toilet, you must have the water level in the tank adjusted as high as possible in order to flush the solids from it. Also, if this is a new, low water consumption toilet, buyer beware, there are lots of junk on the market that won't flush a match. What brand of toilet?
havasu is right need more info...what brand gallon per flush...old or new any recent replacement parts...
