HI there!

I'm remodeling a shower and there is a toilet 2 inch vent in the wall that I removed. I need to move the vent away as I will be expanding the shower bas. There will be no wall needed.
Can I 90 degree the vent bellow floor to the existing wall, go up through there and 90 degree back to the original vent in the attick?
This is the second story construction.
All other vents (shower, lavatory, etc.) join in the attick to slightly slopping "main" vent pipe.
Attached picture shows prpoed run - due to the limitation of the pic, imagine, that return to the original vent happens in the attick.
Thank you in advance for tips and advice.

No, that will not meet code requirements. If the vent is tied in deep enough, you can offset to the new wall with 45 degree fittings, but not 90 degree fittings. Otherwise, you will need to move the drainage line to the new wall.
