Moving toilet in slab, crossing another pipe

Hello,

I was in the process of trying to move a toilet over a few feet and after all the backbreaking work of smashing concrete I have found another pipe is in the path.

I was wondering if I could still put the toilet pipe in over it. I believe the small pipe is to the shower which we have installed and running.
