Moen Shower Valve Escutcheon

I have an old (1970's) Moen shower valve and while remodeling my bathroom threw out the old wall escutcheon and am having trouble finding a replacement. I believe it's for a Moen assembly. The screws are at the 5 and 7 positions and very near each other (roughly 1 1/8") and the escutcheon is chrome and square with rounded corners. Any help would be appreciated as I have not been able to find a replacement. Anybody know where I could find one??

Thanks for the help. Do you happen to know how far apart the 5-7 screws are? That's the only thing that would make this not work. Again, thanks for the help.

That is the only one Moen makes with the screws in the 5 and 7 o'clock position. It is the one you need.
