Moen Bathroom Sink Faucet Low Pressure

Hi all!
The water pressure in my bathroom sink faucet is low. I’m thinking I need to change the aerator. I believe my style faucet twists off but I can’t seem to get it off. I’ve tried the moen Keys just in case with no luck. Any thoughts? See picture for reference.

Standing in front of the faucet looking down, turn the entire round aerator Clockwise.
