Wasn't sure where to turn to, so I figured I would take a stab at posting my odd question/situation..
I have a house that is about 3 years old. 2 Story house. The upstairs bathroom toilet has an odd behavior. The shower/toilet in there are not used heavily or everyday.
The toilet, when I flush it, flushes a little hard and has a strong extra gurgle at the end. Additionally, I can hear loud noises coming from what I believe is the overflow drain on the tub next to it.
If i run water in the tub for a few min, or if it was used that day/day before, I do not hear these noises coming from the tub.
My belief is that i may have a shallow trap, and the water is just evaporating, but, curious to know what others may think.
