Kohler Shower Head decent but not great water pressure

Hi,
I have a Kohler Shower head installed in our relatively new home (2008). Is there a simple way to increase the water pressure? I've seen youtube videos on removing restrictor but not sure that is possible with this head. I will plan to try and speak with someone from Kohler but curious if anyone has some quick thoughts. Attached is a photo of the shower head. Appreciate any advice as plumbing beginner.

usually there is a rubber o ring.....not the washer..... that can be removed or a plastic restrictor.....just remember it may be to much pressure and you may notice a difference in your water bill

I had a high end shower head that had the water restrictor forged into the metal, and the only way to eliminate this was to disassemble the shower head and drill the small water orifice out. Living in California, I felt really guilty for about 10 seconds, until I took a really nice shower.
