I need help with extremely low water pressure after having a general contractor build us a new bathroom he had a plumber installed the Kohler k8304-ks-na & k728-k-na. We had great water pressure in the previous shower and have good city water but this new shower is sad. Probably half gallon a minute out of either fixture and when putting both on at once almost no water at all. I replaced both cartridges in the fixtures on the wall. Now I am down to possible plumbed in wrong. We hired another plumber who said to replace the cartridge. He then wanted to run new 3/4 copper lines to replace the 1/2 lines but that isn't really possible as the current lines run on the outside wall that is now tiled. I will attach a bunch of pics and I will take video soon. Any thoughts will help.

I’d start taking everything apart and looking for debris or defective parts. You could have someone turn the water on while you had all the guts out of the valve to see if it’s the piping or the valve itself.

It has service stops so you could make sure those are in the full on position on both hot and cold.

Or these service stops may have debris obstructing your water flow.

Has the showerhead and hand held been checked for debris, pulled the restrictors to see if flow is better. Run the water without the heads on and check flow?

I suppose after new construction debris could be an issue. Lord knows the idiot contractors out there. See my note below. start with the restrictors and then debug. I'm doing the same thing in my bathroom.

Note below: I live in Atlanta where white guys front Hispanic or Ukrainian crews to come in to fix things. It's okay, nothing against Hispanic or Ukrainians (east Europeans? f if I know). But I bought these ear buds that real time translate. ***** about to get real.
