First post New here and need help. I've got a Pfister faucet 4 piece I don't know the model # . My problem is I have no cold water out of the faucet well a little trickle. I have plenty of hot water. As you turn the handle to cold it slows then stops. The canister that I thought would be the problem is not. I changed it and had the same outcome. I took the pipe apart under the sink cold side and turned it on and had cold water. hooked it up took the canister out turned the cold water back on and had a trickle. What else is between the connection at the bottom of the faucet and the bottom of the canister that can slow the water to a trickle? This is my daughters home and she says it's always been that way no cold water in the kitchen.

Try to back wash the cold supply. Turn off the cold stop. Disconnect the supply line. Get a bucket and hold the supply in the bucket. If you can reach the faucet turn it to the hot side and slowly turn to the cold water should divert thru the cartridge and come out the unhooked cold supply line. Try this several times from hot to cold with the faucet handle.

If the faucet came with supply water lines attach to it the supply lines may have check valves and the cold check valve may be bad or blocked be debris.

I'll try Back washing and see if that works thanks I'll let you know by tomorrow.
