Is this right?? S trap with aav

Hello! We just added an AAV to an s-trap and I keep going back and forth on whether or not it will keep the water seal or not!!

What do you think?

Since the branch for the AAV is connected lower, I keep thinking the suction could pull enough water out of there to empty the s-trap before it can pull in air from the vent.

The AAV should be connected to the top of the tee and the trap connected to the branch.

The AAV serves to purpose like that. The trap arm must go into a sanitary tee. Vent up top, drain goes down
