My basement shower was leaking through the walls and I noticed that water was getting in through the side of the drain, there was a crack in the side. The whole bathroom was wet so I stopped using it. How on earth do I get the drain flange out of this shower????

Also, my shower stall is one solid piece of fiberglass the floor is the same piece as the sides. One last thing, when I step on the flooring you can see there is water beneath the shower where its not supposed to be, how would I go about drying this out????

Any help is much appreciated

Hard to tell but it looks like one of those push and seal shower drains. That white ring compresses a rubber against the drain pipe. In order to change out to a better drain you will have to expose under the shower and cut the pipe. Those drain assembly's are garbage.

Is it on a slab or do you have access below.
If it's on a slab you're going to have to remove the shower enclosure.
One option is to cut a large piece out of the pan.
Install a new flange ( use a brass one )
set the cut out back in with new flange and have it fiber glassed back into place.
