Does it have a nut under the sink?

Thanks for the quick response AllanE! It does have a nut, and I managed to loosen it, but a 'T' junction prevents me from pulling the handle from the top. Pic from under the sink: http://imgur.com/bkCvm

Theres a nut on the bottom, and the chrome ring on top of the sink should be acting as a 2nd nut as well. Spin that off, and the faucet should drop thru the bottom

Thanks Matt, got it out! You were right. Poured some vinegar to get the top off and that revealed a small hole with a screw. Unscrewed it to get the top off!

Now for the other side. Seems pretty stubborn. I can't even get the top cap off. Waiting for the vinegar to soak through. :D

Good job on the "do it yourself"!

Just because im a curious plumber.....what are you replacing it with?
