I have a bathroom sink that doesn't get hot water supply and rarely gets cold water supply. I have replaced the stems, washers, and shut-off valves. Whats the next thing to troubleshoot?

turn the valve on?

can you be kind enough to give us a little information ?

what type of piping ? galvinised, copper, plastic ?

how old is system ?

piping overhead or underground?

if it is an old house with galvinised pipes, that might be the problem

trash in the aerator, trash in the stop/valve

haha. Fair enough. 3/8 galvanized pipe in Richmond va. The house is probably 1940s. I took the aerator off, no improvement. where/what is the stop valve?
The pipes are in a basement.

Sounds like your system is closing up.. Galvanized piping is known for that over the year, it rusts up and makes a 1 inch feed down to 3/4, 3/4 down to half, down to just a trickle. Repipe cpvc or polly
