Help determining how to dismantle and replace kitchen sink cartridge

Hello!

I have a very low flow, two handled kitchen faucet.

I have cleaned the aerator but alas, it is still painfully low flow.

There is a leak coming from the joint at the base of the spout when the taps are open, which is leading me to believe the cartridge needs replacing.

I cannot seem to find the name of the manufacturer. I'll upload a photo of the logo.

I am also looking for instructions on how to properly dismantle this to remove the cartridge. Another photo here shows a small flat-head groove on the other side, which I'm guessing is part of the process.

Is it safe to assume I can remove the spout from the wall via the base where the wrench piece is? I'm desperate to get this resolved!

unscrew chrome nut, pull spout up and out


then, if you want to remove the rest of it.

unscrew the piece going into the wall
