hello i am a DIY whenever i can even at 76 YO. i plumbed in viet nam- iron pipe + learned other stuff on to go!! did my uncles small new house, pvc drains + soldered copper, NO leaks EXCEPT the joint i MISSED!! been reading + learning about pex etc, interesting!!

thank you!! i know about older procedures but newer tech i am behind or sure. doing mostly copper soldering i miss the "eggs" that could be used to stop any drips for good soldering, of bread is a substitute!! those "eggs" are almost impossible to find these days!
