apparently a one size fits all "kit" for $20. 3 rubber O rings for $20? Insane.
have any of you the sizes of the O rings for hasgrohe kitchen faucets?
figure I could buy a lifetime supply for $20. Maybe a few lifetimes.

Most manufacturers that need to sell O-rings for potable water systems charge a lot of bucks. Regular (non-NSF-61) EPDM rubber can probably cause cancer in the state of California, and that's why these companies are extra cautious. Back in 2001, I needed 1/4" ID o-rings for a water filter, and paid over $5 for two. Fast forward to 2022, and the price could be triple that amount. Getting teflon o-rings might be a possibility, but unless Hansgrohe blesses it, I would stick with what they offer. I have many kits of o-rings for ballistic sighting, but the whole process of picking the one with the right dimensions for an application is a headache.

I did finally find the size of the O that I needed for our faucet.
2x 14ID x2.5mm, 23ID x2mm.
Only 1 size is used for this faucet, but the 2 are part of their $20 kit.
They sent me a courtesy kit this time.
But I'd put $ on these coming from a Chinese factory and that they buy them by the ton for pennies each.
OK, even if they came from a US factory for 50¢ each.
I could see $10 for the "kit" or $5 for just the Os, but $20 is absurd.
Especially when they were sent in a faucet sized box.
I'd say the American wing of the company has lost it's organizational way.

Yes, absurd. I’m outraged.
