G3/8 Adapter

Good afternoon forum,

I purchased an American Standard bath faucet that is using the British thread size of g3/8. The that connects to the T-connector under the floor falls about 3 inches short and I need to get an adapter for either the hose or the brass t-connector. My question is, has anybody here ran into something similar and if so what is a possible solution that I can craft through a hardware store or purchase something online. I've reached out to American Standard, however they dont have extensions.

yes that is an adaptor.

will it fit what you have ? I dunno what you have

is the tee a compression tee or is it ips ? flare ?

Thank you for the responses. I actually found some g3/8 brass extensions (similar to what voice posted)in NC and ordered them. That hopefully will work.
