I have a stub out in my basement laundry / utility room that stands about 2’ above the concrete slab. I’d like to cap this flush with the concrete (ideally without breaking out concrete). I’ve seen different style plugs or clean out caps (Tom-kap) that I think may do the trick, but my biggest concern is I need something that can with stand being walked / stepped on as this pipe is right in the middle of a traffic area for the storage room. Kids, dogs and myself frequent the area.

Anyone out there know of a cap system I can install that may work (bonus points if it’s flat on the top-u like like most test plugs that I’ve seen)
