ferroli 24 combi boiler

when the ch is on and the hot water is turned on the heating does not come back on again. The only way to do this is to turn the boiler off and on.
Help what part could be faulty?

my best advice, call a local plumber in your area, those things have safety switch's it could be 1 of 10 things
