Faucet ID and stem removal request

I have matching faucets that have no set screw to remove the stem the drain pop up labeled
Price Pfister. I was wondering if one of you guys have fixed or seen this model. Thanks

Handles that look like that unscrew. Unfortunately, they are insanely difficult to impossible to unscrew

Hold the lever steady while rotating the handle base counterclockwise to unscrew the handle.

A rubber gripper that helps open jars works well to get a grip.
