Estimated cost to repair PVC & Polyethylene water lines are installed too close to the water heater

My inspection report came back that my PVC & Polyethylene water lines are installed too close to the water heater flue pipe. I am trying to put together an estimated cost of repairs for the seller. Thank you!

you need about 18" of copper pipe. say 3 or 4hundred.
