I have mounted an electrovalve but it does not shut completely anyone understand why this could be ?

Never used a valve like that. Are you sure it's made to close? From the looks of the inside it may be just a balancing valve.

Some more details may help, such as; what it is being used for? What is the pressure to the valve and what is it rated for? Also, 220V is printed on the valve. Do you have the proper current?
