Greetings everyone. I replaced my pressure switch on my shallow well set up this weekend as the contacts on the previous one were blackened from short cycling. After doing this, I drained the pressure tank of all water, pumped in enough air to make 28 psi per the 30/50 switch's requirement. I did not make any adjustments to the pressure cut on/ off controls. The well itself is 13 ft deep and the pump is located inside the well casing somewhere. It's at least 20 years old. I'm attaching a link to a video of it running. I can't tell if it sounds normal or not. Let me know what you guys think and thank you.

Sorry, but the tank is bad. Just lucky the pump is still working as EVERTHING in a pump system is damaged and destroyed from cycling on and off. You need a Cycle Stop Valve. Since you are replacing the tank anyway a PK1A kit would be best.
