I dug out what I thought what was a shower drain cover only to find something else. Is that pipe for a storm drain?

Does this layout make sense?

The pipe in the middle of the first photo is possibly a vent. I have turned on everything appliance, faucet and drain and everything runs into the main stack.

First photo looks like a lavatory wet vented into the toilet vent. Second looks like a tub or shower box. Is there a PVC pipe deeper in the box?

Yellow pipe may be radon pipe?

I have a radon mitigation system where my sump pump is. This yellow pipe appears to run into the sump pump area. I'll look tomorrow to see if there is any PVC under there.

If there is no PVC - what is the purpose of that box?

If there is a drain for a shower that hole will need to be covered tightly due to Radon.
