I raised my subfloor a bit and now the toilet flange won't reach the top of the finished floor.

Can I get a taller flange? Or a height adjustable one?

I could cut a longer piece of 4" cast iron pipe as another option.

Also how do I remove the rusted flange from my cast iron pipe? Undo the bolts and hit it with a hammer? Seems like it's rusted on good.

Seeing some 4x3" long and 4x4 cast iron toilet flanges online.

I should be good.

You can get an extension/repair kit to raise it up I believe. And you can also get a thicker wax ring.

They make no hub to pvc adapters. take the riser out of the 90° and pvc adpapt from there.
