I have a Dayton 3/4hp 110V submersible sewage pump I use to pump liquid whey with. The whey has eaten away the cast iron impeller and there are no parts available for Dayton pumps that I can find. The first time it corroded Grainger replaced whole pump, now second one is corroding away, they wont replace it. I hate having two working pumps that only need impellers! Does anyone know a good place where someone could help me find a replacement impeller?
The impeller is 3-1/4" diameter with seven vanes in a vortex pattern, about 1 inch high and screws onto a 3/8-16 thread. It looks almost exactly like the replacement impeller for similar sized Zoeller pumps. Thanks for any help.
