Hello, I observed that there is dampness on the outside wall, could this be a leak from the water pipe running through the wall? Also, not sure what that big nut type thing is, appreciate your help here. 1000016742.jpg

Two story house ?

Had a lot of rain lately ?

What’s directly behind the big spot at the top ?

The “ nut thang “ is a drain cleanout plug,

Yes, two storey house, no rain recently, kitchen behind the damp spot, I just realized there is a flume indication of a potential leak, could it be a copper pipe that's leaking?

Suspect it could be a leak in the wall behind the round wet spot.

Could be leaking from upstairs and that’s where it’s showing up.

I’d open the wall directly behind the top of the wet spot and what I found would determine my next move.

Could it be an irrigation head pointing wrong way ? Neighbors irrigation ?

Neighbor standing on a wall and peeing on your house ?

Big dog ?

The leak is constantly happening, I could see water droplets at the bottom of the wall and the dampness is not going away, will follow up with contractors, thank you

To close out, there was a leak in the pipe in the 2nd storey high above the damp spot on the stucco. It's fixed now.
