I am planning on changing my old galvanized piping to CPVC piping on a single wall construction home.My old galvanized pipes use to run into the house from against the wall on the outside of the house. My question is that do you think it would be a good idea to run the CPVC piping from underneath the house in a post and pier house, and have the piping come through the floors into the house instead of running up the outsde walls like the galvanized pipe did?
My reason for doing this is that CPVC pipe dosen"t do good in the sun. I've heard that I could paint the CPVC pipe with a good water based primer but I just want to be sure, because I live in Hawaii and the sun is killer here.
Does anyone see anything wrong with my plan to do this? Mahalo!!

Also make sure you use CPVC Glue, the orange stuff so it will expand like the pipe will.
