This is clearly a very broad question. So, here are the details:
Renovation project - will take house down to outer wall studs, remove all insulation, sheetrock, etc., Clean open wall studs and considered new construction for all intent and purpose.
Basement is full height combined with 5 foot crawl with a cement floor - so the basement provides a clean and open work area to plumb the house.
House to be re-framed at two stories.
4 baths, kitchen. 2 bathrooms to be roughed out, 2 bathrooms to be finished with minimal fixtures required by code, small bathrooms.
6 natural gas openings
All new sewer line, all new vent.
House is a square - 40 ft by 40 ft. All runs are straight or 90 degrees T.
Area - Atlanta, GA
Assume supply from county is good, as is sewer from house to street.
Quote I got is:
$11,000 to plumb it with PEX.
$2,050 for new gas lines under house
$3,000 for copper option.
Sound close to current prices? Can post diagrams of house and runs.
