Closet Flange Cast Iron 4 Inch Pipe

How to remove and repair? Pipe looks good?

Is pipe plugged? I put new wax ring in about 20 years ago because of leak.
House is 60 years old. There was only a tiny bit of wax when I removed toilet today.

It looks like there is a lot of build up on the outlet pipe. No one on here is going to be able to give you an ok on it. Not with out checking it either by water or scope. It's just hard to tell what you have where we can't see.

I can tell your your flange looks terrible but I cannot see if your connection points for the closet bolts are intact or not.

Clean it off and put new pictures up.

Personnel question you don't need to answer .
Do you or others urinate in toilet and then don't flush it to conserve water?
That what is built up in the drain. urine salts.
