Caroma duel flush toilet no longer flushing properly.

As the title says, I have a fairly old Caroma duel flush toilet. The flush buttons are no longer making good contact with the inner lever. I realize I don't even know what these pieces are called. I grew up fixing my own toilets, but the inner mechanisms of these newer toilets are a mystery to me. It is hard to see from the attached photo, but the lever on the left is always somewhat depressed, making it hard to properly flush without lifting the lid. The various elements don't seem to have clearly separate parts, so I'm not even sure what I could replace if I wanted to replace some of the elements. Any advice would be much appreciated.

There should be # printed on the inside of your tank they are either printed in black or stamped into the porcelain from that you can call that co and get exact parts
