Can you identify this faucet brand?

I need to repair this faucet, but I do not know how to disassemble the handle. I would think that the Top cap screws or snaps off. There are no set screws.

The handle may thread off exposing the new stem

Caps come off above the brass deco, then there is a screw to remove the handle.
